At MyDoctorPlan, we appreciate that the privacy of your personal information is important to you and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your information. Here are the measures we take to safeguard and protect your privacy: 

Non-Public Information We Collect

As part of our work required to enroll you in our program, we must collect certain non-public information from you. In particular, we collect the following kinds of information such as your  name,  address,  phone  number,  and information about your family and dependents. All credit card payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Braintree. We do not collect or retain your credit card details.

Information Security

In order to protect and safeguard your personal information that is not in the public domain, we maintain  physical,  electronic  and  procedural  security  measures  that  comply  with applicable  legal  and  regulatory standards, including PCI DSS. We restrict access to this private information to such information to our employees who  are  trained  in  the  proper  handling  of  client  information  and  have  a  legitimate business  need  to  access  that information.

Information We Disclose

We may provide access to your information to affiliated and non-affiliated third parties may only as permitted by law or upon your express authorization to process the transactions which you have engaged us to perform or provide such disclosures. We send certain personal information to our affiliated companies in order to process your enrollment in our program. If you give us your written consent, your information may be shared with affiliated entities to provide additional financial service product opportunities. If you pay by credit card, your credit card information will be processed with the credit card processing company and subject to their privacy  policy. We may use the information you provide to solicit you for other products or services which either we may offer or as offered by our PTS sister companies.

This Privacy Policy effective date is March 2020. Because privacy is important, we pledge to work with you to protect and safeguard the security of your personal customer information.

Refunds & Cancellations

Thank you for purchasing a Telemedicine subscription at, operated by PTS Financial Services. 

Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact PTS within this time period to request your refund and cancel your subscription. Cancelation: For monthly subscriptions, your request to cancel must be received by PTS before the last day of the month. Cancelations will be effective on the first date of the month following PTS’s receipt of your notification from you of your desire to cancel. If you are on an annual payment schedule, your request to cancel must be received before the anniversary date of the purchase of your subscription to be eligible.
